A seminar on healthy cognitive aging

Noah Silverberg, Ph.D., R.Psych.

Participants should come away with answers to questions such as “Am I losing it?”, “What can I do to prevent getting dementia when I am older?”, “How can I sharpen my memory?”

Dr. Silverberg will discuss: (a) the difference between normal and pathological cognitive aging,
(b) lifestyle factors that promote healthy cognitive aging,
(c) effective treatments for age-related memory loss and cognitive decline.

Time & Place: Sunday, February 6, 2011 @ 3:00-4:30 pm, New Apostolic Church, 3895 Albert Street, Burnaby.

Who Should Attend: Middle-aged and older adults with an interest or concern about their current or future brain health, or that of a loved one.

Ticketing: Seating is first come, first served.
